Ligatne cross-Gauja ferry operates also in winter!

Although winter has just begun, the old and unique means of transportation across the Gauja River - ferry in Ligatne continues to operate. Please note, from 1st December ferry runs from 8am to 5pm.

In winter working hours are subject to change. The ferry shortly closes only when the river freezes over or floodwaters are very high....
