Regulations
For the visitors of the territory of Līgatne Nature Trails
1. Be respectful of the equipment and exposition of the Visitor centre.
2. During the walk along the trails, do no damage the objects of utilities - steps, platforms and signs.
3. Save the trees, bushes and other plants, as well as do not feed the animals.
4 Do not climb over the bariers, it can endanger Your life.
5. Do not make a noise and do not disturb the animals and other visitors.
6. Throw the garbage only in the dust-bins provided at the designated place.
7. Remember, in the Līgatne Nature Trails it is not allowed to walk a dog even on a leash.
8.It is allowed to smoke only outside the premises of the Visitor centre, in a distance more than 10 meters from the entrance.
9. With a tourist trailer or bus it is allowed to drive only into specially designated site - parking place.
10. No bicycles allowed to drive along the tourist trails due to the disturbance of pedestrians.
11. Bicycles are required to be placed in specially designated sites - bicycle stands.
12. Making a fire is allowed only in specially designated sites.
13. It is prohibited to cut trees and bushes arbitrary in order to make a firewood. It is advisable to buy firewood or to use a grill.
14. It is prohibited to damage signs of direction, tourism buildings and utilities on purpose.
15. The staff of the Visitor centre have the rights not to serve the visitors which are drunk or on drugs.

The staff of the Visitor centre has the rights to ask the visitors which do not comply with the regulations to leave the centre, as well as in case of material loss, take the actions specified by the law of damage collection.
We ask to obey general rules of ethics and good conduct , to respect surrounding people, nature and environment. Thank You for Your understanding!
Security regulations for the visitors of the sight tower
Sight Tower of the Līgatne Nature Trails (height 22 m)
It is forbidden to cross the sight tower outside the platform railing, as well as to climb over the enclosed barriers.
It is forbidden to swing the sight tower, as well to smoke in the tower.
It is forbidden to damage signs and information boards.
Children of preschool age may climb the tower only under the guidance of adults.
It is prohibited to climb the tower for the people which have used alcohol and other intoxicating substances.
In case of breaking the regulations, person itself is responsible for its own security and parents or protectors about their children of under-age.
Regulations for the users of the resting place
Make reservations in advance by phone: +371 28328800 and +371 64153313, during working time. On working days from 9.00-18.00 on holidays and public holidays from: 9.00-19.00
Fee for well-appointed resting place 20,00 Ls.
Leave tent/resting place till 10.00 a.m. next morning.
You can pay for the resting place in cash.
Well-appointed picnic site, use of the fire place and WC is included in the price for the resting place.
