Winter Sleigh Rides in Ligatne Nature Trails

Season: December - March, depending on snow conditions.

Experience views of the surrounding natural landscapes. Rides are approximately 15 minutes long through the territory of the nature trails. Warm blankets and hats are provided. Offer includes a large sleigh seating six persons. Please note: Adult supervision is required for children of preschool age.

The price for a ride is Ls 2,00 (EUR 3,00) for adults and schoolchildren; for preschool children – free of charge.

Services: Information, parking, WC, coffee and tea.

There is a separate charge to view the wild animals of the nature trails.

Entrance fee: for adults Ls 2,50 (EUR 4,00), for schoolchildren, students, seniors Ls 1,00 (EUR 2,00),for  preschool children, persons with disabilities – free of charge.

Skiing in Ligatne Nature Trails

Scenic trails for cross-country skiing. The circular trails are specially groomed for classical style skiing.

Season: December - March, depending on snow conditions.

The Long Loop is a 5.5 km track, and The Short Loop is 1.4 km long track, both groomed for classical style and free-style skiing, as the trails have two parallel skiing tracks. Ski rental (15 pairs).

Services: Information, parking, WC, coffee and tea.

Day use fee for ski trails: Ls 1,00 (EUR 1,50). Ski rental: 1h = Ls 3,00 (EUR 4,50); 2h = Ls 3,50 (EUR 5,00); 3h = Ls 4,00 (EUR 6,00); 4h = Ls 4,50 (EUR 6,50).
